What it does
Your reviews, one inbox
Point Reviewlark at the product metafield or review metaobject your review app already writes. Every review lands in one queue with its star rating and text. Reviewlark does not keep a second copy of your reviews, so there is nothing to keep in sync and nothing to migrate.
Drafts in your brand voice
Describe your tone, the phrases you like and the ones you never use. The profile is saved per store and applied to every draft, so a reply reads like your shop wrote it rather than like a template.
You approve before anything is posted
Drafts stay drafts until you approve them. Reviews rated three stars or below are always flagged for a person, so nothing sensitive is answered automatically. Edit any draft before it goes out.
Replies written back where they came from
Publishing writes the reply into the same review record it answers, so your storefront and your other tools see it. Answer history is kept per review, and reviews you have already answered are skipped on the next run.

Reply rate, rating distribution, sentiment and the topics that keep coming up — computed over the reviews you already have, not a sample.

Connect your review source
Choose the product metafield or review metaobject your reviews already live in, and press Save. Reviewlark reports how many reviews it found before you go any further.

Set your brand voice
Write a short description of how you want to sound. It is saved per store and applied to every draft.

Approve, edit, publish
Generate drafts, edit the ones that need it, then approve and publish. The reply is written back into the review it answers.
What it does not do
- It does not log into Judge.me, Yotpo or Google and post there. It reads the reviews your store already holds and writes the reply into that same record.
- It does not answer a one- or two-star review by itself. Those are flagged for a person.
- It does not publish anything you have not approved. Drafts are drafts until you say otherwise.
Pricing
There is a free plan, and paid plans carry a 14-day trial. Billing is handled by Shopify on your normal invoice — there is no second payment form and nothing to cancel separately.
